RATES INCLUDE: access to the swimming pools, deckchairs and umbrellas by the pool, shuttle to the Cala Liberotto beach at set times.COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: €10.00 per person, from the age of 3 years old, per day and entirely due for a minimum of 7 days; The price includes: energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) first supply of bed linen and bath towels (change every 7 nights). Club card: from 15/06 to 14/09.
Final cleaning €40.00 per apartment. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest or supplement of €50.00.
CITY TAX: to be paid upon arrival in cash, in force at the Municipality of Orosei.
DEPOSIT: €100.00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, after a check of the apartment.
OPTIONAL:
Air Conditioning: €8.00 per day.
Baby Cot (to be indicated in the reservation): free (max 1 per apartment).
