Le Residenze del Baia Marina

Residence Baia Marina is a comfortable complex of 16 apartments located in a strategic position: in fact, it is located near the center of Orosei and its services, with bars, stores and typical restaurants.
The apartments are furnished in typical Sardinian style, all with kitchenette, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower. Premium type apartments are also equipped with a comfortable furnished terrace from which to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean maquis.
It is the ideal starting point for exploring both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the characteristic Sardinian hinterland, which offers the opportunity for wonderful excursions. Guests have convenient private parking in front of the Residence.
Pets are allowed (max 10 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
