The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the touristic town of Orosei (about 90 kms from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 kms, features several beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 kms away from the residence. The apartments have air-conditioning and they are decorated in typical Sardinian style.
Pets are allowed (max 10 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property. A surcharge of € 20.00 applies for arrivals after 22:00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: From 15.06 to 13.09: € 10,00 per person, from the age of 3 years old, per day; other periods: € 5,00 per person, from the age of 3 years old, per day. The price includes electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed lines and bath towels (linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights), final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 60.00).
CITY TAX: Mandatory, to be paid by guests upon arrival in cash. The amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied: ca. 5.00€).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
