Stazzi di Gallura
La Pietraia is composed of 11 apartments, an outdoor swimming pool, a
playground and the restaurant Sapori di Gallura. The small rural village was
built in Gallurese style, with one-storey buildings for which the local granite
was used. The resort is inserted in a field of 140,000 mq, and this ensures
peace and relax. The facilities, both the apartments and the restaurant is
entirely wood. The apartments are arranged in a semicircle, and opposite there
is a large garden with typical plants such as olive trees, strawberry tree,
carob, rosemary and palmettos. The structure has 10 two-room apartments which
have 4-5 beds, and a three-room apartment which has 5-6 beds. The resort is
reached across an asphalted road. Parking is not guarded and shadow less. The
Resort is removed about 1.5 km from the sea and about 1 km from the village of
Badesi. Small pets are allowed (excluding in the common areas and loft) with a
supplement of € 40.00 for week.

Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
