Residence Badus
Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. It consists of three complexes of flats separated by a central area where you can find the reception office, a snack bar, a restaurant and a laundry. Each complex features a swimming pool and is set at about 100 metres from the other. In Badesi there are shops, cafés, restaurants, a tourist medical service and a pharmacy. The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are at 2.5 kms and 3 kms away, and they can also be reached by public bus (bus stop at 50/100 mts).
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 50,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance. Check-in after 24:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement (guests will be accommodated the next day) or, if communicated at the moment of the reservation, they will be welcomed and surcharged 50.00 € to be paid upon arrival. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

RATES INCLUDE: utility fees (electricity, water, and gas), bed linens (bed linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights), air conditioning, 1 “BEACH SET” available for each apartment (1 beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs), use of the swimming pool; Wi-Fi.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival):
FINAL CLEANING: Mono 2 € 50.00; Bilo 4/4VM € 70.00; Trilo 6/6VM €80.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Badesi in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
