Bitta. A few miles from Baia Sardinia and a short distance from the beaches and
the famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda. Recently renovated common areas and
guest rooms, offers numerous services to clients. Lobby, restaurant with buffet
service, baby feeding, music bar, TV room, children's playroom, bazaar, a
swimming pool with slides and games, sports court and soccer, archery, sandy
beach equipped, theater, ample parking for customers and Wi-Fi in common areas.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Panoramic restaurant with
stunning views of the sea (air-conditioned). Buffet service with regional and
international cuisine with a wide choice of starters, main courses, side dishes
and entrees. Special menu for children. Biberoneria 0-3 years at fixed times.
Preparing food for celiacs. Baby Club and Young Club with spaces reserved for
the restaurant and on the beach. Small pets (max. 20 kg) are allowed (one
per room), on request, except in common areas, with a supplement of € 10.00 per

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
CLUB CARD “Esse Card”: € 7,00 per day, from 3 years old. The price includes: Hero Camp, Young Club activities. Access to the pool and to the beach equipped with umbrellas, sun beds an deck chairs (service based on availability), fitness, water aerobics, beach volley, use of canoes, group dances, evening shows.
INFANT CARD: € 10,00 per day, mandatory for 0 up to 3 years old. The price includes: use of the baby cot (a possible second one only upon request) and the ‘Biberoneria’ services use (basic food provided) 24h.
REDUCTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
Double single use: 35% supplement in all periods
Infant 0/3 years:: € 10,00 per day to be paid locally; baby cot (one per room) on request.
Half board reduction: € 8,00 per day per person
Family rooms: two rooms with a single bathroom, 4 and 5 beds, € 35,00 per day per room. Also available for three occupants (with a minimum payment of 2.5 shares)Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
