The
Bouganvillage residence is located in Tanaunella, at 2 kms from the renowned
town of Budoni, and 15 kms from San Teodoro. The apartments, with independent
entrance, can be located within the main complex, where there is also a
beautiful swimming pool, or at short distance. Thanks to its excellent
location, it is possible to reach some of the most beautiful Sardinian
beaches in
just a few minutes by car: Porto Ainu, Posada with its spectacular pine wood,
Budoni and the marvellous Bidderosa oasis. There are also interesting
archaeological and natural sites in the surroundings. The Residence is just
about 1.5 kms from the stunning beach of Baia Sant'Anna, therefore a car is
recommended. The port and airport of Olbia are at just 40 kms.

RATES INCLUDE: access to swimming pool, air conditioning, shared washing machine and BBQ, bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit: € 50.00).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 14.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights)
Utility fees are included from 20.04 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Budoni in cash, the amount may change
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
