The
exclusive Villa Antonina is set amidst gardens with flowered paths and
surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, at just 350 ms away from
the seashore made of small sandy coves with granite rocks. The villa is located
in Baia de Bahas, in the centre of the Gulf of Marinella, at just 5 kms away
from the famous Porto Rotondo and at 7 kms from Golfo Aranci; therefore, a car
is recommended. Also, Villa Antonina is only a few kms away from the town of
Olbia, as well as from its port and airport: the perfect starting point for
reaching the most magnificent beaches of the Gulf of Marinella and the Emerald
Coast. The following externally managed facilities are also available: a
restaurant/pizzeria, a café, a market, and Yoga centre (whose opening season is
managed by a third provider).

RATES INCLUDE: air conditioning, Wi-fi, access to swimming pool, bicycles (service based on availability), shared washing machine, parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 15.06 to 13.09 € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o., infant 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricty, water, gas, 1 complimentary maid service, with bed linens and bath towels change, only for 7-day stays or multiples (kitchenette excluded) and one beach towel per person.
Utility fees are included from 20.04 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 18.10
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00 Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of €50.00
CITY TAX: mandatory in Golfo Aranci in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of the stay providing no damages or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
