Residence Bougainvillae
The Residence Bougainvillae, is a complex
consisting of approximately 60 apartments, built in typical Costa
Smeralda style. The tourist
port of Porto Cervo Marina and the center of Porto Cervo can be
reached on foot in just a few minutes. The apartments of the Residence are
arranged on several levels, in the center of the complex there is an outdoor
swimming pool (swimming pool opening from June to September) with a large area
to get some sun. Adjacent to the Residence you can find several restaurants and
pizzerias. Free parking outside of the Residence. In the neighbourhood there is
the bar, the newsagent,
other restaurants and pizzerias, coin-operated laundromat
open 24/7. Reception open every day, from 9am to 1pm from 4pm to 8pm. Possibility
of renting scooters and bicycles. Pets not allowed.

Terms and conditions
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival):
UTILITY FEE: € 40,00 per week per person for children from 2 to 12 years old. € 80,00 per week per person over 12 years old.
The price includes water, electricity, gas, bed linens(weekly change) and bath linens (biweekly change), weekly/final cleaning of the apartment, air conditioning (in the two-room and three-room apartments the air conditioning is located in the living room), use of the swimming pool. Kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00which will be withheld from the security deposit. Waste disposal is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 100.00which will be withheld from the security deposit.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
