Residence Club Liscia Eldi Resort
Residence Liscia Eldi is 250 meters from Cala d'Ambra beach and 1.5 km from San Teodoro city center. The villas of the complex are surrounded by lawns and gather around the square where are placed sport equipments and the swimming pool. The structure offers the following facilities: reception, outdoor parking, Wi-Fi in public areas, outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, entertainment. Small pets are allowed (except in public areas). Only a limited number of small pets (4-5 kg) is allowed and a request during reservation is needed. The price is € 20.00 per day. According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm. Start / End of the stay Saturday/Saturday. Guests who arrive after h. 21.00 on the day of arrival, must kindly notify the Reception at least 24h before the arrival date.

Terms and conditions
RATES INCLUDE: utility fees (electricity and water), weekly change of bed and bath linen (kitchen linen not available), final cleaning (garbage and corner kitchenette cleaning are responsibility of the guest)
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
FINAL CLEANING: Corner kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150,00 (cash) per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay
CLUB CARD: € 63.00 per person per week (children 04/12
years old reduction 50%, infant 0-4 years old Free).
The price includes the daily and evening entertainment, Miniclub (from mid June
to mid September), children’s playground, use of the swimming pool (with beach
umbrellas and deckchairs, service based on availability) and sports facilities.
OPTIONAL CHARGES:
INFANT CADRLE: up to 3 years of age, to be requested at the time of booking, with payment on site per week € 50.00 in all periods.Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
