The 2-storey building is located in front of the white
beaches of the lido at Alghero. It plays host to 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished
and equipped with air conditioning. There is an internal swimming pool
(complete with paddling pool), private unguarded parking (extra payment) luggage
room with shower, token washing machine and drier, On the ground floor, close
to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant-pizzeria, called Les
Arenas, as well as the ice-cream parlour, bar, called La Playa. The
historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5km away and there is a bus to the
centre approximately every 30 minutes. The complex features two types of fully
furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests. All of the apartments feature air
conditioning- heating, safety deposit box (extra
payment) and satellite TV input. The kitchenettes come complete with two gas
stove, sufficient crockery, dishes and cutlery for the number of guests
staying, as well as a fridge and a electric oven/hob. The apartments also
feature a satellite TV input, and guests have the option to hire a TV set from
the residence. The same building also plays host to a number of services that
we do not manage directly, Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bar, Ice-cream parlour. The
swimming pool is open from April to October.
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of € 15,00
per day.
