The property, built in 2020, is located at a few hundred metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, La Pelosa1, and overlooks the Marine Protected Area of the Asinara Island, a National Park since 2002. The residence, with its contemporary design, consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups of apartments surrounded by gardens. A shared outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground, and BBQ area are available to all guests. In the nearby of the property there are also cafés and restaurants. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy diving, kite and windsurfing, as well as going trekking and on boat trips in the near area.
The charming town of Stintino is just 4 kms away, therefore a car is recommended. Once an ancient fishing village, Stintino is now known for its old picturesque marina, its new harbour sprinkled with typical restaurants, and its colourful summer night market. The near beaches, La Pelosa, Il Gabbiano, and La Pelosetta, feature also beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals (managed by external providers).
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 50,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels (bed linens and bath towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights); 1 complimentary maid service for 14-day stays or multiples (kitchenette is not included).
Utility fees are included from 28.03 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: BILO € 80.00; TRILO € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Stintino in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
