a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Hall, air-conditioned restaurant with buffet
service with regional and international cuisine. Music bar, TV room, swimming
pool, ample parking for hotel guests. Corner to heat Children bottle and
porridge warmer for baby 0-3 years at fixed times. Internet access in public
areas. Free access to the activities of the Centre Holidays Roccaruja: sports
tournaments, children's playground, shop, amphitheater for evening
entertainment. Small pets (max. 20 kg) are allowed (one per room), except
in common areas, with a supplement of € 15.00 per day.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
CLUB CARD “Esse Card”: € 7,00 per day, from 3 years old. The price includes: Hero Camp, Young Club activities, entertainment service. Access to the pool and to the beach equipped with umbrellas, sun beds an deck chairs (from the second row, first row for a fee), fitness, water aerobics, beach volley, beach tennis, soccer, use of canoes, group dances, evening shows.
Beach service: first row for a fee, with one beach umbrella, one deck chair and one sun bed per room.
INFANT CARD: € 10,00 per day, mandatory for 0 up to 3 years old. The price includes: use of the baby cot (a possible second one only upon request) and the ‘Biberoneria’ services use (basic food provided) from 07:30 to 23:30.
REDUCTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS:
Double single use: 35% supplement
Infant 0/3 years:: € 10,00 per day to be paid locally; baby cot (one per room) on request.
Half board reduction: € 8,00 per day per person
Family rooms: two rooms with a single bathroom, 4 and 5 beds, € 35,00 per day per room. Also available for three occupants (with a minimum payment of 2.5 shares)
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
