The Baia delle Palme residence is set in a park surrounded by a thick pine wood, the nearest beach of the residence is Cala Brianza, at only 250 metres. At 800 metres is located the beach of Foxi e Sali. Located in a peaceful and secluded position, the property features a salt-water swimming pool with a large solarium area and a café with a lounge area. The complex is at 3 kms from Pula and at about 40 kms from the port and airport of Cagliari. In the nearby, a golf course and a riding school can be found.
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 50,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEES: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, water, gas, bed linens and bath towels (bed linens and bath towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 13.04 to 14.06.24 and from 14.09.23 to 25.10.24
FINAL CLEANING: Mono € 70,00; Bilo € 80,00; Trilo € 90,00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Pula in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
