Residence La Chimera
The Residence La Chimera in Villasimius, South Sardinia, is located in the marine park of Villasimius , in south-east Sardinia, close to the beautiful Campulongu beach, 300 meters from the sea in a area full of trees and with a panoramic view. 2 km from the town, near and well connected to the most famous beaches. The Residence consists of 14 apartments, two-room and three-room apartments in villas a newly built row. The apartments are located in a large lot of land with ample possibility of internal parking. Common services of the residence are swimming pool (in April, May and October, the opening of the swimming pool is not guaranteed), meeting room, laundry, children’s playground area. All the apartments have a private garden and veranda. Two apartments (two-room apartments) are adapted for disabled people. Small pets allowed size (€30.00 per stay).

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival):
FINAL CLEANING AND SANIFICATION: € 100.00
UTILITY FEE: per day per person: € 7.00 adult. The price includes electricity, water, gas and linens(bed linens and bath towels, not beach towels,weekly change).
Children also pay the fee, but in their case the fee also includes the rental of a cot and high chair (we do not have small-sized sheets for the cot).
OPTIONAL CHARGES ON REQUEST:
Air conditioning: € 15,00 per day
Heating: € 10,00 per day

Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
