Resindence Le Fontane
The residence Le Fontane is located in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, which is characterised by beautiful white sandy beaches and colourful shallow sea, as the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. The complex is located in a peaceful residential area at a few steps from the town centre and offers a wide range of services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops. Villasimius is also renowned for its archaeological sites and museums. Furthermore, the area offers the opportunity to practice several water sports. The airport and harbour of Cagliari are at 50 kms. The nearest beach, Simius, is at 2.5 kms.
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

RATES INCLUDE: access to swimming pool, air conditioning, shared washing machine and BBQ, bicycles (service based on availability).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day; € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 13.04 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: BILO € 80,00; TRILO € 90,00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Villasimius in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
